30-Day Return Policy
You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Include proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery.
Please include:
* Your order number
* Photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned after use:
* Used pet accessories
* Personalized or custom-made products
* Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within **12 hours** after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
